Year 1 Teacher

I qualified as a teacher in 2013 and, over the years, I have worked in Early Years, KS1 and KS2. I love the different elements and variety which each year group brings. I love the Christian ethos which is seen throughout Trinity, and I also attend a local Church.

Over the last ten years I have worked in a range of Early Years settings across Devon and Dorset. I have been part of the Trinity team since 2018 and am loving the journey. I am passionate about making learning fun and seeing children thrive in a play-based environment.

I’ve recently joined the Trinity team and am looking forward to helping the children on their learning journey. I have two children at Trinity and enjoy family time and making jewellery.

Mrs Collison

Year 1 Teacher

I love teaching and have been doing so now for over 30 years!

I am a committed Christian and love the fact that this school has its foundations built on prayer.

I strive to create an atmosphere where children thrive and flourish academically and emotionally in a happy and nurturing environment.

When I am not in school, I can often be found enjoying the Devon beaches with my husband and dog or visiting my grown-up daughters.

I have only recently started working in education after seeing how lovely this school is and how hard the staff work, I wanted to give something back. I’m currently completing my Level 3 qualification and have enjoyed this new learning. In my spare time I love being outside with my family or doing crafts.

Mrs Ge

Teaching Assistant

I'm a Teaching Assistant here at Trinity, where I help our young learners grow every day. My job includes helping out in Year 1 classrooms each morning, getting creative with phonics and writing lessons, and making sure our KS1 kids have a great time and stay safe during their lunch break. In the afternoons, I spend time reading with Year 3 students and working on phonics with Year 2, which I really enjoy because it matches my goals to keep learning and improving.

I'm also working on getting more qualifications to be even better at my job, especially in areas that help kids feel supported and understood. I love being a part of our school community and doing my part to make sure our students have everything they need to succeed.

I am really excited to be part of the Trinity team. I have 5 children, 1 of which is in Trinity and live in Seabrook Orchards - the school is so integral to this community and I'm looking forward to having a positive impact. I am completed training with Exeter College for my Level 3 Early Years Education Practitioner award which will built on my experiences working with children. I am a positive, confident and enthusiastic team player who enjoys making the children's experience at Trinity great.

Mrs Reid -Wood

Teaching Assistant

I have been working in the nursery for over a year then moved into Foundation. I have now had the chance to work in Year 1. I have loved settling in and watching the children learn and grow with confidence.  I am a mum  to two boys. I love exploring with my children outside and we love going out on our bikes.
