Leadership Team
Mr Ben Nelson-Smith
Headteacher
I have been working within the Academies for Character and Excellence for the past 7 years, including being a headteacher at two schools within the trust. I am passionate about the intent of our curriculum which aims to develop children as a whole child - developing academic excellence, character and metacognition.
Education is the most important experience that our children will receive in life and it's important that we work closely with our families and children to ensure all our pupils flourish.

I feel very privileged to be able to work with such a highly skilled and experienced team. I am an Early Years Specialist Teacher with 14 years of teaching experience in the Midlands and the North of England. Mrs Ronson
Deputy Headteacher and Year 1 Teacher
I am delighted and feel very privileged to be part of the leadership team at Trinity and cannot wait to continue on our exciting journey moving forwards. Two days a week, I am the class teacher in Robins. I bring 13 years of early years experience in urban and rural settings. I've worked across nursery and Foundation, once starting my own nursery in a deprived part of London. In my spare time I love walking, yoga and reading.
Mrs Nethercott
Year 6 Teacher and Lower KS2 Lead
I have been a primary school teacher for the last seven years and feel incredibly privileged to have worked with so many amazing families in this time. I love watching children learn, grow in confidence and ask questions about the world around them. I am passionate about lifelong learning and cannot wait to learn even more from the children at Trinity. I have two young sons who have taught me a whole new way of looking at the world. We enjoy exploring and will often be found in the woods or at the beach.

Mr Guild

I have been teaching for around 11 years, mostly in Bristol. I am really excited about working with the children at Trinity. Most of my spare time is taken up with my family and enjoying time outside in Exmoor or Dartmoor.
